1 Introduction and Acceptance

bd bagee is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between bd bagee and its users. By registering an account on the platform or starting to use any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To complete account verification, bd bagee may request a national identity card or passport along with other relevant documents. Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal can be processed. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, temporary restrictions may be placed on the account.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If unauthorised access to your account occurs or is suspected, you must notify the bd bagee support team immediately. bd bagee will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3 Age Requirement and Eligibility

The minimum age to register and use the services on bd bagee is 21 years. Anyone below this age may not open an account or participate in any game on the platform. If a false age is given at registration, the account will be cancelled and all transactions will be considered void.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on bd bagee are made using mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. The methods currently supported are bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The verified payment method details must match the information registered on the account. Withdrawals to a payment method registered in another person's name will not be approved.

4.3 Account Currency

All transactions on bd bagee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Foreign currency transactions and cryptocurrency are not supported on this platform.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bd bagee offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer comes with a specific wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% first-deposit bonus for new members, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,200 and ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

bd bagee offers weekly deposit rewards, slot festival bonuses, cricket deposit boosts and other seasonal offers. Each bonus has its own eligibility conditions and validity period. The details of each bonus are stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence is found of operating multiple accounts to earn bonuses, following manipulative betting patterns or breaching promotional terms, the bonus concerned and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6 Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to participation in sports betting and casino games on bd bagee. Each game or market has its own rules, which can be seen in the game interface or on the relevant page.

6.1 Finalisation of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a system error makes this necessary. In the event of a software technical issue, bd bagee reserves the right to declare the relevant bet void and cancelled, and the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets may be placed on cricket, football and other sports markets in accordance with the applicable rules. Bets are settled after the match result is confirmed from official sources. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake is generally refunded.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting on ongoing events can change rapidly. If an attempt is made to place a bet while odds are changing, the system may automatically reject that bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd bagee platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds if violated:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Participating in or assisting with match fixing or result manipulation
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to conduct gaming or betting
• Making deposits from a source other than the registered payment method
• Registering an account using a false or fake identity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software
• Conducting illegal transactions with other users or transferring accounts

8 Account Suspension and Closure

In the event of a breach of the Terms, bd bagee may suspend an account temporarily or permanently without prior notice. Funds held in the account may be frozen while an investigation is ongoing.

A user may also request the closure of their account at any time. Before closing an account, any remaining funds should be withdrawn via a verified method.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Responsible Gaming
